DRUG/ALCOHOL POLICY: Alcoholic beverages or other drugs, except those prescribed by a physician, are not permitted to be possessed, used sold or distributed on the premises or as part of any of the activities of American Advanced Technicians Institute, Corp.. No student or employee will use or be under the influence of alcohol or other drugs except those prescribed by a physician while the student or employee is on the School premises. A student who must take prescribed drugs must provide the school written notification of such by the prescribing physician. VIOLATION OF THIS POLICY CONSTITUTES GROUNDS FOR DISMISSAL.

PÓLIZA DE DROGAS/ALCOHOL: Bebidas alcohólicas u otras drogas, con excepción de aquellas prescriptas por un médico no serán permitidas poseerlas, usarlas, venderlas o distribuirlas en las instalaciones así como en cualquier actividad de American Advanced Technicians Institute, Corp. Ningún estudiante o empleado puede usar o estar bajo la influencia del alcohol u otras drogas con excepción de aquellas prescriptas por un médico mientras el estudiante o el empleado estén en las instalaciones del Instituto. El estudiante que debe tomar drogas prescriptas debe proveer al Instituto una notificación escrita por el médico que la recetó. VIOLAR ESTA REGULACIÓN ES MOTIVO SUFICIENTE PARA SER EXPULSADO.

WEAPON POLICY: Guns, knives and any other weapons are not permitted to be possessed or used on the premises of American Advanced Technicians Institute, Corp. VIOLATION OF THIS POLICY CONSTITUTES GROUNDS FOR DISMISSAL.

PÓLIZA DE ARMAS: Pistolas, cuchillos o cualquier otro tipo de armas no están permitidas en ningún área del Instituto. VIOLAR ESTA REGULACIÓN ES MOTIVO SUFICIENTE PARA SER EXPULSADO.

LIABILITY RELEASE: At no time will the undersigned of this document hold an instructor, school employee, school director, or anyone connected to the Institute liable for any accident or injury which may occur in a class taught by them, or while under the direct supervision of the Institute or any of its instructors.

ABSOLUCION DE RESPONSABILIDAD: En ningún momento haré responsable al Instituto, instructor, director, empleados o cualquiera conectado con el Instituto responsable por cualquier accidente o herida que pudiera ocurrir en una clase enseñada por ellos, o bajo la supervisión directa del Instituto de los instructores o afiliados de American Advanced Technicians Institute, Corp.

CAMPUS SECURITY / SEGURIDAD DENTRO LAS INSTALACIONES DE LA INSTITUCION: Crimes may be reported to Sahony Baldera, Compliance Officer, at (305) 362-5519 Ext 103. You may remain anonymous. To date there have been no campus crimes reported. To obtain a copy of surrounding area crime statistics please visit the Student Services Director.

ACADEMIC INFORMATION RELEASE: I, the undersigned, do hereby grant permission to the placement department of American Advanced Technicians Institute, Corp. to reveal academic information to potential employers for the sole purpose of assisting my procuring a position of employment.

USO DE INFORMACIÓN ACADÉMICA: Yo, el abajo firmante, autorizo al departamento de empleo de American Advanced Technicians Institute, Corp. a ceder información académica a los empleadores que así lo soliciten, con el único propósito de obtener empleo.

FERPA: I, understand, under FERPA Provision of 1974, that American Advanced Technicians Institute Corp., MAY NOT release my school records to any third party without my written consent. However, American Advanced Technicians Institute Corp., may release any information published under the Student Directory without written consent. If the student wishes for American Advanced Technicians Institute Corp., to withhold such information they must provide a signed Request for a Nondisclosure Hold of a Student Directory Information Form available at the Student Services Department.

REFERENDO DE BUCKLEY: Yo entiendo que American Advanced Technicians Institute, Corp. por ordenanza de FERPA de 1974, no puede dar a terceras personas ninguna información de mi archivo escolar personal sin mi previa autorización escrita. De igual manera, American Advanced Technicians Institute Corp., puede proveer la información publicada en el Directorio del Estudiante sin obtener previa autorización. PHOTO RELEASE: For consideration, mutually agreed upon and received by me, I, the undersigned, hereby grant American Advanced Technicians Institute, Corp. permission to take photographs of me, put them in any legitimate uses the institute may deem proper. Further, I relinquish and give American Advanced Technicians Institute, Corp. all right, title, and interest I may have in the finished pictures, negatives, and original prints or copies and facsimiles thereof, to any responsible individual, business firm, or publication, or to any of their assignees.

USO DE FOTOS Y NEGATIVOS: En consideración y mutuo acuerdo autorizo a American Advanced Technicians Institute, Corp. para sacarme fotos, usarlas y también hacer uso de los negativos de la manera en que el Instituto lo considere necesario sin limitación ninguna.

RELEASE OF CERTIFICATION AND 16 HOURS of CONTINUING EDUCATION TO COUNTIES AND/OR EMPLOYERS: I, the undersigned, hereby authorize AATI to release my information to the counties of Miami-Dade and/or Broward and/or employers. This information may include but is not limited to exam certification scores, application status, expiration dates, continuing education completion status, and any information pertaining to counties requirements.

USO DE INFORMACION DE CERTIFICACIONES Y DE 16 HORAS DE EDUCACION CONTINUA: Yo, el abajo firmante, autorizo a AATI a dar mi información a los condados de Miami-Dade y Broward y/o empleadores. Esta información puede incluir pero no está limitada a resultados de exámenes de certificación, estatus de la aplicación, fechas de expiración, información de educación continua y cualquier otra información que pertenece a requisitos de condados.

CANCELLATION: AATI reserves the right to cancel a course if a minimum of fifteen students is not met. / AATI se reserva el derecho de cancelar un curso si no hay un mínimo de quince estudiantes matriculados. Some classes may be offered bilingual (Spanish/English) to meet the 15 minimum requirement. / Algunas clases se darán en ambos idiomas (español e inglés) para cumplir con el requisito del mínimo de 15 estudiantes.
